Meet Pebbles Henry | Jacksonville & Destination Wedding Photographer


Hi, I'm Pebbles Henry, a Jacksonville-based wedding, elopement, and couples photographer specializing in cinematic, film-inspired photography throughout Florida and destination locations across the United States and abroad.

How I Got Started in Photography


I became a photographer almost completely by accident. What started as a photo scavenger hunt during my junior year of high school quickly turned into a creative outlet that I couldn't get enough of. Over time, that hobby grew into a career, and eventually into the business I run today.


Photography gave me a way to connect with people, tell stories, and preserve moments that would otherwise disappear with time. Years later, that's still my favorite part of this job. Being trusted to document some of the most meaningful moments in someone's life is something I never take for granted.

My Photography Style


My photography style is best described as cinematic, documentary-inspired, and film influenced. Rather than focusing on stiff poses or overly curated moments, I prioritize genuine emotion, movement, connection, and the small in-between moments that often become people's favorite photographs.


I want your gallery to feel like a collection of memories rather than a checklist of poses. My approach is relaxed, interactive, and focused on helping you feel comfortable enough to simply be yourselves.

Why I Love Film Photography


Film photography has played a huge role in shaping the way I photograph today. While studying in college, I took a black-and-white film photography and developing course that completely changed how I viewed photography.


Film taught me to slow down, be intentional, and focus on storytelling rather than perfection. Every frame matters. Every click of the shutter has purpose. That mindset continues to influence both my film and digital work today.


Many of my couples are drawn to my work because of its film-inspired colors, timeless feel, and authentic emotion. Even when I'm shooting digitally, the influence of film photography is present in the way I approach light, composition, and storytelling.

A Little About Me


Outside of photography, you'll usually find me traveling, reading, collecting Polaroids, listening to podcasts, spending time with my dog, or planning my next adventure.


I'm also probably talking. A lot.


My clients often tell me one of the reasons they felt comfortable during their session was because it felt more like spending time with a friend than standing in front of a camera. Building genuine connections with the people I photograph is one of my favorite parts of this job.
